If you’ve spent any time on this blog in the last six months, you are no doubt familiar with my love of film. While I’ve been shooting primarily film for my personal work for the better part of the year, I really haven’t strayed much from digital with client work. Until this session. For some reason, when I was packing up my bags to head to this delightful family session with twin six-month-old girls (daughters of a high school friend!), I thought it would be fun to test the waters. I may have just dipped my toes in the ocean of film for work, but after seeing the results, I have to confess that I suspect a full-on swan dive comes next! More on that later, though.
Mixed here are film and digital images (see if you can tell them apart!). I think they both capture the love this family share and the fun stage these little girls are going through. (Oh, how I miss those days!) Each of them is unique and beautiful in her own way, and I love it! Thank you, Jessica and AJ, for trusting me with these!
